Who You Are:

• Experience: As a Tax Associate, we require a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1: If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Commitment to Clients: You have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your goal is to enhance our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and thrive on interacting with customers through video and audio tools. You approach every interaction in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Research and Communication: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide accurate answers to customer queries using everyday language.
• Virtual Communication: As a customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You will also document interactions to maintain accurate records.
