Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• Tax Expertise: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credential: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion for Helping Clients: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, while empowering them to prepare their taxes. Your aim is to enhance our brand by delighting our customers.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Tax Expert, your role includes:

• Assisting customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to customers in simple language.
• Interacting with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
