What You'll Bring

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You have at least two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: You possess an active and unrestricted credential such as an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. You have strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passionate: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You're committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent Customer Service: You have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

How You Will Lead

What You Will Do:

• Help clients complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, offering tax advice, providing full-service return preparations, tax calculations, and addressing product or software inquiries. Through your work, you will contribute to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to clients using everyday language.
• Interact with clients through our state-of-the-art video communication software and keep accurate records of all interactions.
