Who You Are:

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passionate Helper: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Knowledge and Resources: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer Interaction: Since this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You will also document interactions to maintain accurate records.
