As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your role will involve visiting patients in their homes and providing nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid state driver's license.
2. Must have automobile liability insurance.
3. Must always wear seat belts while driving.
4. Dependable transportation in good working condition.
5. Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.
6. Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
