The Opportunity: Structured Investment Team Assistant

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference and work in a collaborative environment? We are seeking a team member to assist in the development of our Structured Investments eco-system. In this role, you will support our team of financial advisors and clients, providing them with the expertise and sales support they need. Your work will be crucial in tailoring investment strategies to meet the complex needs of our high net worth clients.

The Impact: Empowering Advisors with Structured Investment Solutions

In this role, you will play a key role in enabling our advisors to drive growth by providing them with Alternative and Structured Investments product solutions. You will collaborate with our team, trading desk, and financial advisors to curate Structured Notes calendars, offer technical support, and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. You will also foster relationships with investment banks and distribution partners to advance our product category. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and contribute to data analysis and presentations.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Series 7 certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management
  • 4+ years of experience selling or supporting financial solutions within an advisor channel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
