Your Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions or concerns.
- Calmly handle and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with requests and process payments.
- Keep track of call information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues and potentially upsell when required.
What We’re Looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
