Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions or concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Provide assistance and process payments when needed
- Track call information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on any call-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Personal Lines License
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
