Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other teams to identify technical and functional requirements for systems and applications, with a focus on improving automation, resiliency, and reliability. - Lead initiatives to enhance the health and availability of our IAM application portfolio, including process automation, pattern definition, and creating a more secure and reliable set of IAM services. - Respond to operational disruptions and advocate for long-term solutions to improve the stability, reliability, and resiliency of IAM applications and infrastructure. - Influence IAM application teams to adopt technologies, processes, and best practices that improve the availability, resilience, and scalability of IAM solutions. - Proactively anticipate future needs and design solutions with operational excellence in mind. - Provide consulting and hands-on support to resolve application deployment and management issues, with minimal impact to customers. - Contribute to the design, development, testing, and release of new features, focusing on release and post-production support. - Drive continuous improvements to processes and automation design, enhancing our production environment. - Stay up to date with technology trends, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to internal and external technology communities. - Foster innovation, diversity, and teamwork within the engineering community. Requirements: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and operational support of IAM services, such as identity lifecycle management, user and application authentication and authorization, privileged access management, or native cloud IAM services. - Minimum of 6 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the infrastructure component of applications. - Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications for Developer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administration, experience with Agile practices, and proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or SQL.
