Don't worry, we have a comprehensive six-month training program that includes all training materials, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance. We even cover all licensing costs! Our development program will help you become an independent support specialist. After six months, you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week. The Job Opportunity We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to work in our Tampa, FL offices for future insurance customer service opportunities in 2024. We have new training classes starting every month, and we highly encourage military veterans and spouses to apply. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our members through various channels to provide customer service, sales, and retention support for our property and casualty personal line products. Your role will be to ensure our members have the coverage they need and provide them with advice to secure their financial future. What You'll Do: - Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and other contacts from members to provide excellent customer service - Assist members with insurance quotes, policy changes, billing questions, and other insurance-related inquiries - Understand and meet member needs by providing accurate advice and solutions - Utilize available tools and resources to provide support to members - Maintain necessary licenses and registrations - Identify and manage risks associated with the job role - Follow risk and compliance policies and procedures What You Have: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members - Willingness to acquire necessary licenses and registrations within 90 days of hire What Sets You Apart: - Previous customer contact experience in a sales environment - US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner - Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment - Strong communication skills What We Offer: - Competitive compensation based on experience and market data - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, life insurance, and more - Paid time off and volunteer hours - Career path planning and continuing education opportunities Please note that applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and this posting will remain open until the position is filled.
