In a typical branch office, our financial advisors meet with clients and receive support from our headquarters associates in St. Louis, Tempe, and Mississauga. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Finance Risk Management team.
In this role, you will lead risk management capabilities and execute our Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, treating, mitigating, monitoring, reporting, and escalating risks. As a trusted partner to our Finance division, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Finance and risk leaders.
Here are the qualifications and skills we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree: A degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Risk management experience: 3-5 years of experience in risk management is required.
- Professional certifications: CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or FRM certifications are preferred.
- Relationship building: Experience in building relationships and networks at different levels within an organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication based on the audience.
- Change leadership: Ability to lead in an environment of significant change.
