The Role: Lead Maintenance TechnicianAs a Lead Maintenance Technician, your role is vital in keeping our apartment complex running smoothly. You will be responsible for general repairs, maintenance updates, and occasionally tackling more complex tasks like troubleshooting and fixing HVAC and electrical issues.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common problems related to:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- HVAC (CFC certifications required or a willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of maintenance safety procedures
- Valid driver's license required
- Desire to help people
- Positive attitude and mindset
