Position Purpose: In this role, you will ensure accurate setup of providers in our information system for state reporting, claims payment, and directories. You will be responsible for managing multiple state requirements, network reporting, and provider setup for claims resolution.
- Assist external provider representatives in resolving provider data issues
- Research and effectively address provider-related concerns
- Enter provider data to update demographics
- Process provider add, change, and termination forms
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for provider directories
- Track, update, and audit provider data
- Identify necessary updates to provider groups and contracts
- Investigate claim payment inaccuracies and collaborate with site operations team for adjustments
- Support providers with website registration
- Conduct provider education webinars
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional tasks and projects
- Lead new provider orientations and trainings
- Serve as a contact person for small PCP groups
- Coach and mentor new hires and less experienced team members
- Complete assigned special projects
