We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. This role is suitable for anyone who:

• Loves working in a retail environment
• Demonstrates true leadership and collaboration, while operating a market-leading store
• Takes full responsibility for profit and loss, and develops business plans to overcome challenges

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new customers to increase store revenue
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail store environment
• Assist outside sales in establishing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Lead and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
• Continuously improve store processes and procedures
• Maintain store security and appearance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for delivering excellent customer care and building long-term relationships
• Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to operate a cash register and computer systems
• Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial
