Job Title: Distinguished Engineer - Generative AI Applications Location: McLean, Virginia, United States of America Job Summary: We are looking for a Distinguished Engineer to join our AI developer experience task force team. As a Distinguished Engineer, you will have a significant impact on our technology solutions and drive the implementation of our AI developer experience strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance to design, architect, develop, and deploy AI powered tools to improve developer experiences across the enterprise. This role requires big picture thinking, strategic direction, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree or Ph.D. - 7+ years of experience in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript. - 7+ years of experience with a public cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud). - 5+ years of experience in AI framework libraries (TensorFlow, Pytorch, scikit-learn) and AI tooling platforms. - 5+ years of experience building scalable, distributed, and high throughput systems. - 3+ years of experience with one or multiple areas of AI technology stack (e.g., prompt engineering, guardrails, vector databases/knowledge bases, and AI UX). - 3+ years of experience designing and implementing benchmarks to measure software performance. - 1+ years of experience in NLP, AIOps/MLOps, or AISecOps. - 1+ years of experience with CICD technologies. Salary Information: - New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $269,400 - $307,500 for Distinguished Engineer. - San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $285,400 - $325,700 for Distinguished Engineer. - Salary for other locations will be based on the specific location and will be mentioned in the candidate's offer letter.
