Job Overview

We are seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader who is passionate about delivering excellent guest service and promoting inclusivity. In this role, you will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest expectations, drive sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that prioritizes excellent guest service and models a positive service culture
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and inclusive behaviors
  • Understand and meet sales goals while delivering exceptional guest engagement
  • Promote physical and digital offerings to enhance the guest experience
  • Train and develop team members to improve guest service skills and knowledge
  • Create a culture of accountability and recognize and coach team members
  • Utilize guest feedback to drive improvements in key areas
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and ethical conduct within the team
  • Support guest services and other duties as needed to meet business needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
