About the Team:

XAA is the largest US Merchant billing application. Our team supports XAA billing, which generates $500 million in monthly revenue for Merchants.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor critical daily/monthly jobs related to billing cycles
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide timely support to end-users
• Contribute to project teams for knowledge transfer and reduced deployment risks
• Participate in annual disaster recovery planning and exercises
• Prepare shift schedules
• Assist in the onboarding process
• Monitor and follow up on tasks and requests
• Resolve leave approval and coverage issues
• Promote a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5 years of experience with JCL and IBM utilities
• 5 years of experience with IBM TSO
• 5 years of experience supporting COBOL-based applications
• 4 years of experience with SAS
• 4 years of experience with DB2
• 4 years of experience supporting Dialogue
• Proficiency in ITIL
• Experience with Vertex L Series

Shift Timings (IST):

• Morning: 07:00 to 15:00
• Noon: 14:30 to 22:30
• Night: 22:00 to 06:00
