Job Title: Serialization Lead Business Analyst Location: Irving, TX Position Description: - As a Serialization Lead Business Analyst, you will be part of our team in implementing and supporting the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) across all of our business units. - You will work with stakeholders to understand and translate DSCSA guidelines into technical solutions for our core systems. - Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure adoption of new DSCSA regulations and configuring software. - Additionally, you will participate in industry forums related to DSCSA implementation and drive continuous improvement in this area. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of DSCSA regulations for McKesson Business Units. - Serve as the technological DSCSA expert for one of the business units. - Drive alignment on project activities, metrics, and roadmap for each business unit. - Gather requirements and develop solutions for our core systems to meet DSCSA guidelines. - Collaborate with suppliers and customers to drive adoption of DSCSA regulations. - Participate in industry forums related to DSCSA implementation. - Recommend and present systems enhancements to meet business requirements. - Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and providing solutions. - Be part of an on-call rotation schedule for after-hours escalations. - Configure solutions in SAP and related technologies using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Minimum Requirements: - 7+ years of relevant experience Critical Skills: - Working experience with DSCSA Serialization solutions, including configuration (SAP ATTP). - Understanding of GS1 (EPCIS) Standards and master data requirements for serialization. - Functional background in Logistics and WMS Processes. - Strong communication skills to work with both business users and technical aspects. - Self-starter with a good understanding of enterprise applications. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP HANA Studio, ABAP, and SAP ECC. - Understanding of Distribution Center operations. - Experience working in an Agile/SAFe Lean environment.
