Job Expectations:- Assist the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
- Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the absence of the Station Manager.
- Provide work direction, motivation, and coaching to staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed according to CSI's guidelines.
- Support and adhere to safety, security, and quality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with wage & hour requirements.
- Handle cash/money transactions and accountability processes.
- Promote safe behaviors and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community.
- Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) as needed.
Store Operations:
- Provide work direction to staff during shifts for tasks such as customer service, stocking, cleaning, and food service.
- Assist with inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Follow cash handling and accountability processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and operation of food service equipment.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Station Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and use personal protective equipment.
- Utilize computer programs for daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Keep the Business Consultant informed of station operations and issues in the absence of the Station Manager.
People Management:
- Ensure all station employees understand and comply with wage & hour guidelines.
- Support and role-model CSI's core values of safety, diversity, inclusion, integrity, and trust.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment, including cash handling and customer service.
- Familiarity with operating a cash register, computer console, and other related equipment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety requirements for food storage and serving.
- Availability to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent and minimum 21 years of age.
- Continuous walking and standing, reaching, grasping, and pushing buttons.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching below waist.
- Lifting weights up to 10lbs continuously and up to 35lbs occasionally.
- Working with equipment that can hold very high temperatures while using personal protective equipment.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, cleaning supplies and chemicals, and walk-in coolers at 34°F occasionally.

Compensation Range: $21.52 - $32.28
