What You'll Do: - Fulfill requests for network services such as load balancing, DNS/DHCP, and network port assignments. - Perform hardware and software upgrades to ensure the reliability of our network systems. - Respond quickly to network issues, determine the root cause, and restore network functionality. - Assist and advise customers with integrating their systems to network services. - Participate in on-call duties for network outages on a rotational basis. Skills & Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience working with enterprise network solutions. - Strong DDI experience, preferably with Infoblox. - Experience with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and TCP/IP. - Familiarity with Cloud IaaS, specifically with MS Azure. - Exposure to network management platforms and packet analysis. - Familiarity with Cisco Nexus 9K platforms, f5 LTM and GTM platforms, and VMware NSX and Avi. - Ability to investigate complex network issues and mentor others. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work on large, concurrent projects.
