Join our Firm Strategy Shared Services organization, where we shape the future of our company. As a portfolio analyst in the Portfolio & Program Services (PPS) team, you will provide oversight and guidance for portfolios or strategic programs. You will work with senior leaders and support them in creating efficient and successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships to drive positive results
- Prioritizing and managing work intake
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information in Clarity, Jira, and/or Aha!
- Effectively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Conducting regular reviews and providing status updates to senior leaders
- Supporting resource management and providing insights to portfolio/program leaders
- Assisting with the adoption of enhanced project management tools
- Maintaining knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies to support effective execution
- Performing administrative tasks related to portfolios and programs (meeting minutes, scheduling, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or program management
- 2-3 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 2-3 years of experience with Clarity or similar project management tools
- Experience with Jira, Rally, or other Agile tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
