Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN at Enhabit, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in compliance with physicians' orders.

Requirements:

1. Valid state driver's license
2. Automobile liability insurance
3. Always wear seat belts while driving
4. Dependable transportation in good working condition
5. Ability to drive an automobile in all weather conditions
6. Current LPN license in the state of employment
