**Your Responsibilities**
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly de-escalate any issues and attempt to find resolutions
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments if required
- Track call information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call-related issues
- Upsell if required
**What We're Looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience
- Typing speed of 35 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong listening skills
