What will you be doing:
- As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will be responsible for applying the nursing process, supervising clinical practice, conducting research, providing consultative services, and managing patient care from preventative to acute care and discharge.
- You will collaborate with physicians to provide expert care to patients, making independent decisions and ensuring the best outcomes.
- Your practice will adhere to the Nurse Practitioner Standardized Procedures and align with CSHS goals for interdisciplinary patient care.
- You will provide individualized care while upholding CSHS philosophies and standards, ensuring a safe environment for patients of all ages.
Experience Requirements:
- Preferably 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Preferably 3+ years of nursing experience.
Educational/Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current State of California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License.
- National Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA license and Furnishing Number or eligibility to obtain.
- Current ACLS certification required.
