Job Title: Senior Manager, Video Operations Location: McLean, Virginia, United States of America About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join us as the Senior Manager for Video Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports the Audio Visual (A/V) footprint across all Capital One locations and Cafes. This includes maintaining and supporting A/V equipment, resolving issues, and implementing new technologies. You will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of our video systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of managers, associates, and contractors in supporting the A/V systems at Capital One locations. - Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including break/fix support and audit remediation. - Manage deployment and project support for new buildings and room installations. - Collaborate with Engineering, GWPS, Network teams, Facilities, and AV vendors to ensure effective partnerships and implement innovative solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends in the A/V space. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or military experience. - At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or operations teams. - At least 5 years of Technical Operations experience. - At least 5 years of experience in People Management. - At least 5 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. - 10+ years of experience in People Management. - 5+ years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking). - 10+ years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure. - ITIL Certification, Six Sigma Certification, or PMP Certification. - Familiarity with Audio Visual technologies such as Zoom, Polycom, and Crestron.
