We partner with academia, build production systems, and work with product, technology, and business leaders to apply AI advancements to our business. Role Description: As a Sr. Director, you will lead teams and collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, and Product leaders across Capital One to drive strategic direction. Your responsibilities include: - Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that transform customer interactions with their finances. - Utilizing various technologies such as Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and more to uncover insights from large volumes of data. - Building AI foundation models from design to implementation. - Performing high-impact applied research to enhance customer experiences. - Translating complex work into tangible business goals using strong interpersonal skills.
