Position: Senior Manager Product Management, Associate Experience Location: McLean, Virginia, United States of America Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Senior Manager to join our Associate Experience product team at Capital One. Your mission will be to create simple and digitally enriched experiences for our internal associates, ensuring they have a great experience while working at Capital One. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with tech teams to deliver platform components that align with our business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for key components of the associate experience platform - Understand the needs of our internal associates across Capital One - Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes - Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design - Foster collaboration and effective communication between teams - Maintain a healthy backlog of work and participate in agile ceremonies - Support the team in resolving any obstacles or issues - Serve as a connection between customers, Capital One's mission, and your team Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - At least 5 years of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - MBA or Master's degree - 3+ years of experience in agile product management Basic Requirements: - Passion for building impactful products - Ability to put yourself in the shoes of customers, including internal customers - Knowledge or interest in internal product management - Quick learner in technical environments - Experience working in an agile environment - Ability to think both strategically and tactically - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong collaborator with leadership and influencing abilities We embrace diversity and are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
