As a Department Manager at Wegmans, your strong managerial and leadership skills will ensure the success of your department. You'll manage and develop a team while meeting customer and store needs. Departments may include Front End, Grocery, Overnight Grocery, Dairy, Health & Wellness, Produce, Bakery, Meat, Seafood, Deli, Cheese, Market Café, or Sous Chef. With your attention to merchandising and dedication to providing the best products, you'll handle department financials, product levels, and employee development.
