What You'll Bring

Who You Are:

  • As a Tax Expert, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
  • You need to possess an active, unrestricted credential, such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
  • Your passion lies in helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you are committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills, and you are enthusiastic about interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
How You Will Lead

What You Will Do:

  • In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, offer full-service return preparation, handle tax calculations, and assist with product/software inquiries.
  • You will use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to the customers using everyday language.
  • Since this is a virtual, customer-facing position, you will communicate with customers using our state-of-the-art video communication software. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records by documenting interactions.
