Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is currently hiring for the position of Supervisor of Clinical Operations (LVN) in our Oncology Clinic in Pasadena. As the Supervisor of Clinical Operations (LVN), you will support the physician and clinical staff in delivering healthcare services. This includes overseeing operational responsibilities, managing human resources, conducting patient care assessments, and performing various medical tasks. You will work in an administrative role in an ambulatory care setting, balancing administrative duties with clinical services as needed. Responsibilities for this role include: - Coordinating and ensuring the proper functioning of all administrative functions in the medical practice(s) - Assessing the competency of clinical staff and maintaining necessary certifications and licensing requirements - Assisting in the development and revision of standard operating policies and procedures - Serving as a liaison for administrative support activities throughout the organization - Collaborating with the management team, staff, and physicians in clinical practices and related departments - Supporting the research, implementation, and maintenance of new procedures, projects, initiatives, and equipment - Fulfilling back-office staff functions as needed, including patient flow management, charting, room preparation, vitals, and maintaining medical records To be considered for this role, you must have: - A high school diploma or GED - At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient medical setting - Phlebotomy Certification of California - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA or Red Cross - A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from California The position is full-time, with an 8-hour day shift. The base pay ranges from $68,700.00 to $106,400.00.
