What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience using tax preparation software
• Experience preparing and supporting various federal and provincial tax returns for individuals, including student, pension, self-employed, rental property, investments, and foreign income
• Working knowledge of tax laws and concepts, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Windows and mobile platforms, including G-suite applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility in availability
• Proficiency in English and French (read, write, and speak) is considered an asset

How You Will Contribute

• Provide expert tax guidance to customers in a remote and seasonal customer-facing role
• Collaborate with customers to prepare or review their tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Research and address tax-related questions and concerns from customers
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences by empathizing with their needs and utilizing your tax knowledge
• Proactively seek and deliver accurate tax advice by utilizing available resources and translating complex information into understandable language
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using company policies and procedures

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with strong performance-based rewards. The expected base pay range for this position is PEI $25.50 – 34.50, BC $25.50 – 34.50, Nova Scotia $25.50 – 34.50.
