• As a Tax Expert, you should have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You have an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. You have strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

How You Will Lead

What You Will Do:

• In this role, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, undertake full-service return preparation, handle tax calculations, and address product/software inquiries. Your contributions will help us advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using simple and understandable language.
• This is a virtual and customer-facing role. You will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will maintain accurate records of all interactions.
