Your Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: As a Tax Expert, you must have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: Possess an active, unrestricted credential as an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion for Helping: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Tax Assistance: As a Tax Expert, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Knowledge Seeker: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of our team to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Interactions: Since this is a customer-facing role, you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Additionally, you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
