Location: Must reside in CT
Position Type: Hybrid, with 20% travel
Position Purpose: Help providers improve their quality of care by sharing important performance data and collaborating on improvement strategies. Educate providers on healthcare quality measures, documentation guidelines, and member experience. Support providers in addressing performance barriers and implementing best practices to enhance quality.
- Connect with providers, provide resources, and help educate them on quality measures and member experience.
- Collaborate with Provider Relations and other teams to improve provider performance in quality measures.
- Maintain positive relationships with providers from different product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter).
- Reach out to members via phone to encourage them to visit physicians and close care gaps.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in clinical and member experience quality. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
License/Certification: Driver’s License required. Preferred certifications: Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Social Work licensure.

Pay Range: $18.27 - $31.10 per hour
