Job Description
The Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research is seeking a team member committed to studying allergies and asthma and finding ways to improve treatments. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to transform lives through innovative science and compassionate care. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to recruit and enroll research participants, using effective strategies to promote participation and retain participants in long-term clinical trials.
- Manage data for research projects, organizing, collecting, reporting, and analyzing data.
- Develop project schedules, goals, and accountability measures. Lead team meetings and provide supervision, training, and mentoring to new staff or students.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines, conducting audits and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and sponsors, monitoring and reporting adverse events and resolving study queries.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Develop study budgets and track milestones.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through regular inspections and documentation review.
- Collaborate with principal investigators to submit required applications and renewals to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a clinical research setting is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
- Knowledge of research protocols and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and FDA regulations, Institutional Review Board requirements, and Good Clinical Practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and carry objects up to 40 pounds. Accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities.
