Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance tasks are done.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
• Receive training and coaching to handle minor repairs and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete assigned projects and tasks as directed by your supervisor.

General Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and computer skills are preferred.
• Ability to understand and comply with guidelines, rules, and safety regulations.
• Adherence to all Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Will be required to complete employment application, undergo background screening, drug screening, and potential training travel.
• Must prioritize personal and others' safety in all work activities.

Physical Requirements:

While working in this role, you may need to:

• Regularly move, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit throughout your shift.
• Use your hands for grasping, reaching, touching, handling, and operating tools or controls.
• Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Cope with all weather conditions.
• Have good visual and auditory abilities to safely navigate the work environment.
• Lift and carry objects up to 50lbs/23kg regularly, and occasionally lift and carry objects up to 100lbs/45kg.
