Job Description As a part of our team, you will: - Plan, organize, and coordinate various projects, programs, and services involving diverse administrative operations. - Perform detailed fact gathering, data compilation, and report writing on budgets, organizational structure, workforce management, operations, and administrative systems. - Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improved process efficiencies, simplify procedures, and implement cost reductions. - Coordinate the collection of data and prepare operating reports related to time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and performance data. - Prepare, monitor, and control quarterly productivity benchmarking submissions and provide status reports on expenditures, projects, and related items. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of position control infrastructure. - Prepare and present oral and written reports, including conclusions and recommendations for problem-solving and improving administrative procedures. - Collaborate with departmental leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. - Respond to inquiries, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain appointments using Microsoft Outlook. Experience Required We are looking for candidates who have: - One to three years of experience in project management, data analytics, or equivalent quantitative responsibilities. - Experience conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, services, policies, and procedures for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. - Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics. - Experience with productivity management platforms (preferred). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment.
