• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using various techniques and methods.
• Assist individuals with physical challenges to improve mobility and daily living skills. 
• Provide skilled care and educate patients and their families on healthcare strategies.  
• Specialize in programs like Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Joint Replacement Recovery. 

• Graduation from an approved clinical education program is required.
• Must be licensed in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in physical therapy is required.  
• A bachelor’s degree and five years of physical therapy experience may be considered in place of a master’s degree. 
• Basic technology skills, including the use of mobile devices, are required. 
• Experience in Medicare home health is preferred.
