We are currently looking for a talented Junior Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team based in our Barcelona office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee automation and business intelligence initiatives across all projects, optimizing processes for data investigation.
- Transform, investigate, and evaluate sponsorship data using established methodologies and processes, and create automated reporting for clients.
- Manage multiple projects' data, ensuring the highest quality for sharing with clients.
- Build datasets by collecting data from various sources.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret key performance measures and trends in multidimensional datasets and visualizations.
- Communicate project requirements, data interpretations, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

What we expect from you:
- A keen interest in sports is highly recommended.
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including lookup formulas, IF statements, and pivot tables (required).
- Proficiency in MS Power BI or Tableau (required).
- Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, or Python is beneficial for process automation.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse or SQL (e.g., AWS Redshift) is advantageous.
- High level of organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
