About the Team:

We are seeking a Head of Engineering for Banking Core Solutions to join our Banking Solutions Technology Leadership team. The Core Banking business generates over $1B in annual revenue and includes industry-leading platforms for large financial institutions, regional and community banks. Our global teams in the US and India are passionate about engineering and prioritize scalability and quality in our solutions. As the leader of this team, you will shape the culture, manage a budget of over $50M, and deliver world-class features for our business. Together, we will shape the future of banking and build resilient and feature-rich global solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Develop strategic plans and timelines for key initiatives
• Provide software engineering leadership and coach others
• Guide the team in building high-quality software using modern techniques and practices
• Influence teams and stakeholders with your experience in modern software development
• Operate within a scaled agile framework
• Manage and support highly available applications
• Manage global teams and optimize delivery within defined budget
