About the Team:

Join our Banking Solutions Technology Leadership team as the Head of Engineering for Banking Core Solutions. Our Core Banking business is responsible for industry-leading core banking platforms for large financial institutions, regional and community banks. We have global teams based in the US and India, passionate about engineering skills and building resilient and feature-rich solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engaging with business and technology stakeholders to drive the right business outcomes
• Developing strategic plans and timelines for key initiatives
• Providing software engineering leadership and coaching
• Guiding the team to build high-quality software using modern techniques
• Driving continuous improvement in delivery and operational excellence
• Managing teams across geographies and time zones
