About the Team

What You Will Be Doing (VISA Sponsorship Not Available)
- Facilitate the Development Scrum team using Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
- Ensure smooth flow of work through the ART (Agile Release Train) using tools like Program Kanban.
- Plan and communicate annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments.
- Lead and facilitate PI planning events.
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
- Assist with tracking features and capabilities.
- Facilitate synchronization events and assist with economic decision-making.
- Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Manage risks and dependencies, and escalate impediments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Improve value stream by enhancing DevOps and release processes in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
- Drive Lean User Experience (UX) innovation.
- Work with Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence.
- Understand and adhere to Lean Budgets and Guardrails.
- Facilitate System Demos and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster Communities of Practice and engineering best practices.
- Promote self-organizing, cross-functional techniques for high-value product development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in agile principles.
- Proven experience as an RTE or Scrum Master.
- Certifications such as SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of Agile development principles.
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
- Organizational, communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and client-focused mindset.
