About the Position: Our organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Early Childhood & Family Education Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and prepare scholars of all backgrounds to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and engage in a lifetime of learning. Your Responsibilities: As the Early Childhood & Family Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising our Early Childhood & Family Education programs. This includes Early Childhood & Family Education, School Readiness, and Pre-School Screening Programs. You will also seek and administer grants and other funding sources, serve as a liaison to external agencies, and promote cross-program communication within our district's early childhood program.

- Knowledge of early childhood programs and the developmental needs of young children
- Strong organizational and management abilities
- Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making and delegate tasks
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and improve programs
- Experience in public school and/or community-based programming (preferred)
