About the position:

Are you up for a challenge? Do you enjoy working with your hands and have a knack for mechanics? As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll be part of our nationally recognized team of expert installers. We will provide you with comprehensive training to become a certified auto glass technician and offer opportunities for growth and advancement.

This isn't a typical desk job; you'll be working outdoors, in various weather conditions, and getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do as a Technician Trainee:

• Participate in our 3-month paid training program, which includes hands-on and classroom training, covering topics such as auto glass installation, repair, and car safety system recalibration.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in installations, embrace a positive attitude, and follow our taught techniques.
• Safely operate company vehicles and use company-issued tools throughout the workday.

What you'll get:

• Competitive weekly pay starting at $28.50/hour, increasing to $30/hour after training and certification.
• Earn $5 for every set of wiper blades added for customer safety.
• Potential for promotion, starting at $31.50/hour as a Senior Tech and $33/hour as a Master Tech, based on performance metrics.
• Comprehensive benefits package valued at more than $10k, including 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
• Opportunity to buy additional paid time off or sell unused time.
• Up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement.
• Paid training and all the tools and resources you need to succeed.

What you'll need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer's needs.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred.
