About the TeamFIS Global, Capital Markets develops, markets, and supports software and service solutions for a wide range of financial services institutions. The Enterprise Account Management Team is a senior level, diverse sales force dedicated to building and growing relationships with our clients in the Financial Services sector. We are seeking a Head of Strategic Accounts to lead a team focused on our top clients. This role reports to the SVP of Enterprise Account Management.
What You Will Be Doing- Working closely with Enterprise Account Managers and Segment Account Managers to drive growth, retention, and overall client satisfaction through account planning, opportunity development, sales, and revenue retention.
- Leading a team of 8 to 10 people and developing executive relationships with named accounts.
- Growing and managing the sales pipeline based on targets and goals.
- Ensuring revenue retention goals are met through maximizing renewal values and minimizing attrition rates.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on progress, opportunities, and needs.
- Coaching and supporting the team in negotiation and client engagement.
- Knowledge of financial services industry products and competitor offerings.
- Understanding of industry and market trends.
- The ability to train and educate others.
- Focus on delivering results.
- Account planning and sales forecasting skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a large organization.
- Strong sales track record in the financial services industry.
- Extensive selling experience in the software and services sector.
- Experience selling into large accounts.
