We are currently seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader to join our dedicated and guest-focused team at Target. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on factors such as position, labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

About Service & Engagement:
As a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and engagement. This includes exceeding guest expectations, providing assistance with both physical and digital services, and making shopping effortless and seamless. You will contribute to the overall success of the store and loyalty of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders, focusing on decreasing wait times, friendly interaction, and service recovery.
- Drive total store sales and understand how your departments contribute to profitability.
- Anticipate staffing needs, recruit talented team members, and provide ongoing training and development.
- Personalize recognition and appreciation to promote a positive team and guest-centric culture.
- Utilize business reporting and guest insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a frictionless guest pick-up experience and optimize schedules based on guest traffic.
- Promote and educate guests about our physical and digital offerings, benefits, features, and promotions.
- Lead by example in ethical conduct, safety, compliance, and accountability.
- Respond promptly to any negative guest experiences, de-escalate situations, and ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to changing needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to access all areas of the building and respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
