0% General Duties & Responsibilities - Develop strong relationships with clients and FIS resources - Manage and communicate expectations internally and externally - Conduct service value reviews - Educate clients on FIS processes and procedures - Act as an escalation point between clients and request desk - Review invoices and resolve billing issues - Monitor service level agreement reports and take appropriate actions - Identify opportunities to provide additional products or services to customers - Participate in business reviews - Contribute to the client loyalty process - Perform other related duties as needed Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Good working knowledge of FIS systems and relevant industries - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills - Teamwork and relationship-building abilities - Flexibility, dependability, and versatility FIS Job Level Description Expert senior professional role.
