Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Community Education Program Manager who can inspire and support individuals from all walks of life. As a Program Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of early childhood and family education programs. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse groups and utilizing your excellent communication and computer skills.
Duties Include:- Assist in the leadership and development of program areas
- Recruit, train, and supervise non-licensed staff
- Support ongoing community needs assessments
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans based on community needs
- Manage grants and initiatives, including reporting
- Communicate and share data with stakeholders
- Monitor program revenues and expenses
- Analyze enrollment data to inform future program needs
- Support other Community Education program areas as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in early childhood and family education programming
- 3+ years of experience supervising Community Education programs
- Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood
- Experience teaching in similar programs
- Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment
- Experience with outreach and marketing programs
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working with families of low socio-economic status
Salary: Please refer to the salary grids in the Management Personnel I-M agreement.
Work Schedule: You will have flexible core hours with occasional evening and weekend work.
