Job Description
To inspire and support the success of all learners, we are seeking a Community Education Program Manager. This role involves providing assistance and input on the development, administration, implementation, and evaluation of our district-wide Early Childhood & Family Education programs. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of child and family development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Duties Include:- Assisting with the leadership and development of program areas
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Supporting ongoing community needs assessment work
- Developing and implementing marketing and outreach plans based on community needs
- Managing data and communication with stakeholders
- Monitoring program revenues and expenses
- Monitoring enrollment data to inform future program needs
- Assisting with other Community Education program areas as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in public school or community-based early childhood and family education programming preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in Community Education programs preferred
- Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood
- Experience teaching in Early Childhood & Family Education programs
- Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment
- Experience with outreach and/or marketing programs
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working with families of low socio-economic status

Work schedule:In order to meet the needs of our customers and staff, core hours will be determined upon hire with supervisor approval. This is a salaried position, including summer hours. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
