Why Choose a Career with USAA?

We believe in learning and growing together. Our Insurance Customer Service role may be a new career path for you, and that's okay. We have a comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program designed to set you up for success. As a bonus, we're offering a signing bonus of $2,000. You'll receive two equal installments of $1,000 after 45 days of employment and after one year of employment.
